If you want to experience the inspiring city of Wroclaw, travelling by train is particularly cheap.
The culture train takes you from Berlin-Lichtenberg, Berlin Ostkreuz, Cottbus Hbf and Weißwasser (Oberlausitz) to Węgliniec, Bolesławiec, Chojnów, Legnica and Wrocław Główny on Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings. The cultural train returns on Friday evening and Sunday evening. You can enjoy a German-Polish cultural programme in one section of the culture train each time.
Offer conditions
- Valid for a single journey in the selected direction on a DB Regio AG, Regio Nordost cultural train in cooperation with KD (Koleje Dolnośląskie) on the selected day of validity between Cottbus Hbf or Weißwasser (Oberlausitz) and Węgliniec or Bolesławiec or Chojnów or Legnica
- Children up to the age of 5 travel free of charge.
- Reduced Culture Train tickets are valid for passengers aged 6 to 14 and for dogs subject to a charge. Each traveller can take a maximum of one dog with them. The discounted Kulturzug ticket can be selected in the shopping basket.
- It is not possible to take bicycles with you.
The culture train runs from Berlin to Wrocław on Fridays and Saturdays.

Seat reservations
A seat reservation on the culture train costs a standardised 5.20 euros per person and journey. They are available at every DB Travel Centre and at DB agencies.
Fares
Your fare depends on the length of the route you wish to travel on the Culture Train.
Reduced Culture Train tickets are valid for travellers aged 6 to 14 and for dogs subject to a charge.

Adults: 27.00 euros; Concessions: 13.50 euros
